The FAM — Facing All Moments
The FAM is a private, heart-led community for everyday leaders, builders, and believers doing good work in the world. We’re not a club or a nonprofit, we’re a family of doers who share wisdom, resources, and strength as we face life and leadership together.
We started as WEM, a women’s business circle, and have grown into a coed house where people can build, rest, and regroup. The FAM is for founders, creatives, and community builders who want real impact without losing themselves, and for anyone who values collaboration over competition and legacy over clout.
We stay connected through real conversation, shared tools, and collective care. Our public Family Group is open to all, and the Inner Sibling Circle offers deeper access through community chat, trainings, and virtual or in-person events.
Inside The FAM, we honor four roles:
Elders (Aunties & Uncs) who anchor the space,
OGs who carry the culture,
Siblings walking side by side in purpose, and
Play Siblings (mostly from our FB group) who love the FAM but haven’t stepped fully inside.
Pronounced “House,” The Hows is our virtual country club for coworking, collaboration, and creation

Membership has open enrollement a few times a year. In between, there is an application process.
